What are your opening hours?
We're open every day: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 12 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free at the front and back of the building, and valet service is free too.
Can I try the gym before joining?
Yes. Your first session is a free trial. Message us on WhatsApp to book it.
What's on each floor?
The ground floor has the VAN MILE showroom, the Van Mile Bar and the gym reception. The first floor is the gym. The second floor has the Mat Arena, the recovery room with the sauna and ice bath, and the locker rooms.
